just go to system32 folder: May need to be in safemode to remove these files.
wgalogon.dll
spmgs.dll
wgatray.exe
* if you cant delete the files , just rename them ...for example :wgatray.exe to wga123tray.exe
go to :
C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download\6c4788c95 49d437e76e1773a7639582a
delete those files and problem solved.
just renamed wgalogon.dll and wgatray.exe (c:\windows\system32\) then deleted them on the next boot.
So it works
